Product name changed: As all China express company forbid to accept compressor by air, so we have to change the words to other similar product name in DHL or EMS waybill.

 

Item Duration of Handling: we will carefully package and check it up from Monday~ Saturday after your payment confirmed, ensuring the package enduring rough handlings during transit.

The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days.

 

Delivery Terms: As China side DHL easy accept auto ac parts, so we first to choose DHL, shipping by sea also acceptable.

We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. So are any accident, delay or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service . Shipping time depends on the efficiency of the destination’s local post office. When the goods arrive to your local post office, but none signs the parcel after 7 days, the parcel will be returned or destroyed. We will not resend the parcel and the money will also not be refunded.

Please mark declared value for you import customs if you need fixed value when you make an order. Without mark, we usually show the details of the auto part and write a lower declared value (about 30% of the real value).

About clients from Brazil, please offer us the CNPJ NO. or CPF NO., while regarding clients from Saudi Arabia, Russian Federation, Belarus, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Peru and Ukraine, please choose the shipping way by EMS. Any problem about the customs clearance is your responsibility. About some countries which are hardly to clear customs, please inquire your customs for charges before making and order.

Tracking number will be emailed to buyer after package has been shipped out. If you wish to have the insurance, please add it into total amount. We are not liable for losses whatsoever incurred on uninsured shipments (For instance, Damage, Stolen or Lost in transit. Please open the package face to face with the express man and check the items whether all outside is in good condition  in order to avoid damage. If you find serious damage and can not use it,please refuse to sign it and take picture as the evidence. If you sign and receive the damage items, our side can not get complain from DHL or EMS and will not be responsible for this losses).

 

Return & refund policy:

No return will be accepted except for manufacturer’s defect. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after you received the item. Please provide us with a digital photo of your item for any complaint for us to do the investigation. Return item must be in brand new condition which means it’s never installed and kept in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable in return case. Buyer need to pay the shipping and handling charges again for the re-ship item(s), except we make a mistake with buyer address.

 

Warranty & Maintenance: We provide 12 months maintenance warranties, that is, items can be maintained for the first year.

Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. ( In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).

Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
